I will not reply to emails or applications from people who can’t take the time to write out full words and sentences. This is where you write Me a proper introduction, not a two line inquiry devoid of punctuation. You are not texting a friend about a quick lunch. You are making a life changing introduction.
The proper introduction tells briefly of your interests, your experience, and your expectations, as well as your desired appointment day and time. This would also be a good time to mention any physical or emotional limitations you may have. I will ask any other questions I feel are important. I may also schedule a brief phone interview with you.
I do not have regular phone hours however, I do answer polite text for simple questions. Text is not the proper way to negotiate and texting me and attempting to do so will result in me referring you to My application. I prefer to communicate via email, but I know that doesn’t work for everyone.
